NovaGel™ WF

Novagel-WF: Wheat Flour is a CLEAN LABEL PRODUCT

Novagel- WF is manufactured using a state-of-the-art HTST process. It hydrates readily in water at ambient temperatures to form a stable fluid paste.

Novagel-WF has the following functional properties.
