Novagel- WF is manufactured using a state-of-the-art HTST process. It hydrates readily in water at ambient temperatures to form a stable fluid paste.

APPLICATIONS OF NOVAGEL-WF
BAKING – Increase in bread volume, improves dough capacity to retain water and improve texture as well as the colour of bread.
